How It Works: Choose individual rental pieces or create a customized package to complement your event’s theme and vision. Our Bloom Cart can be styled as a beautiful floral display, while our other pieces add charming details throughout your venue. Flowers are not included but can be arranged for an additional cost. Floral wrapping paper and bags are also available. Refundable Security Deposit A $100 refundable security deposit is required for our complete rental package in addition to the rental fee. This deposit helps ensure all rented items are returned in their original condition. Once all items have been returned and inspected for damage or missing pieces, your security deposit will be fully refunded. Any damages or missing items may result in deductions from the deposit. Every event is unique, and so is our pricing! Our customized estimates are based on your event location, guest count, menu selections, and service duration. Additional factors include ingredients, preparation, staffing, equipment, and travel. We provide a personalized estimate tailored to your celebration. ### What is required to secure my event date? To officially reserve your date, we require a 75% deposit of your total event cost and a signed service agreement. Your booking is confirmed once both requirements have been completed. The remaining balance is due prior to your event. ### How far in advance should I book? We welcome bookings as far in advance as you'd like! However, we require a minimum of two weeks' notice before your event date. We highly recommend booking earlier to secure your preferred date and allow sufficient time for planning, preparation, and personalized details. All bookings are subject to availability. ### What is your cancellation and refund policy? All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations within 72 hrs of signing may qualify for a deposit refund, minus 30% of the total event cost. After 72 hrs, deposits are non-refundable. ### Can I extend my service hours during the event? Service extensions are available upon request, subject to staff availability and remaining inventory. We recommend requesting extensions in advance!
